As part of our ongoing commitment to offer our customers the highest level of online payment security possible and to ensure the safe and timely arrival of your goods, all items will be delivered to the billing address associated with your payment card.
Should you mistakenly place an order and specify any address other than the billing address, your order will not be processed; please place your order again ensuring your delivery address is consistent with the billing address as it appears on your debit/credit card statement.
Delivery costs and methods
The costs for shipment is a flat rate. The total cost including tax and shipping will be displayed at the bottom of the Payment page in the checkout process, so you will always know how much you are going to be charged before placing your order.
UK Standard items and EU orders will usually be received within seven days (but can take up to 14 days).
If you have not received your item within 14 days please contact your local sorting office who should be able to assist you. If you still have not received your item after contacting your local sorting office, please contact us on 0207 6076005 and we'll be happy to assist you.
Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is complete and correct. Musicpsych will not be liable for replacement or refund of any missing items with an incorrect shipping address.
